7 habits that are destroying your skin

Okay, I really need to share this with you. Especially because I know that we all seek for flawless skin. These are things that can destroy your skin. Soon I will publish things that can help you to have a flawless skin.


  1. Exfoliating too much or not enough
    It’s important to remove your dead cells, but if you overdo it you can remove even those that are heeling. Two times a week is enough guys,trust me.
  2. Sleeping with makeup on
    We all know about this. And if you doubt it, it’s true. Your pores fills in with makeup and as longer as you keep your makeup on it’s harder for them to recover.
  3. Using the wrong cleanser
    Believe it or not, this is very important. Pay attention to ingredients. Firstly find what works for your skin type. And stay away from alcohols, but look up for antioxidants, acid,nature oil and vitamins.
  4. Forgetting sunscreen
    The sun causes most of our skin damage. So use at least SPF 30 always and put it on everywhere.
  5. Washing your face in the A.M.
    When you sleep, your skin gets ready to take on another day of fighting against all the gunk trying to get into your body. The oils released during that time are good for your skin, so don’t wash them away in the morning! Instead, just use a warm washcloth to gently clean your face and then put on some toner.
  6. Popping pimples prematurely 
    If a pimple isn’t ready to be popped, picking at it will make it last longer and leave a scar.Washing the area with a wet washcloth should be enough to pop it – if that doesn’t work, then it’s not ready, or it’s a cyst. Be careful.
  7. Skipping foundation
    Find a foundation that isn’t too heavy for your skin and has SPF. Rinse your brushes as often as you can and wash them with soap once in a week.
