Summer is here and marathon time has began.Yesterday I was on marathon. It was really tough. Because of that I will write you some tips and share my experience with you. I highly recommend to you to go on a marathon it’s great for your body and organism. If you’re not a sports person or you don’t like to run you can always chose a marathon where you can walk. If you decide to go you must know:
- Always bring food with you.
- Drink a lot of watter because you need to stay hydrated.
- If you can chose on which track you will go, stay realistic. It’s not easy so it’s better for you to chose smaller one. Especially if it’s your first time.
- Wear comfortable shoes. I suggest sneakers. And it would be great if you can wear those that you have wore a lot of time.
- Bring a lot of chocolates and eat carbohydrate food. It will give you energy.
- Don’t drink energy drinks and alcohol.
- Prepare your body. Stretching is a must!
