Marathon time|Sunday Mood


Hey guys!
Summer is here and marathon time has began.Yesterday I was on marathon. It was really tough. Because of that I will write you some tips and share my experience with you. I highly recommend to you to go on a marathon it’s great for your body and organism. If you’re not a sports person or you don’t like to run you can always chose a marathon where you can walk. If you decide to go you must know:


  1. Always bring food with you.
  2. Drink a lot of watter because you need to stay hydrated.
  3. If you can chose on which track you will go, stay realistic. It’s not easy so it’s better for you to chose smaller one. Especially if it’s your first time.
  4. Wear comfortable shoes. I suggest sneakers. And it would be great if you can wear those that you have wore a lot of time.
  5. Bring a lot of chocolates and eat carbohydrate food. It will give you energy.
  6. Don’t drink energy drinks and alcohol.
  7. Prepare your body. Stretching is a must!
