Diets Pros&Cons| Sunday Mood

Hey guys!

This topic is always popular. We all know what diets are (weight loss plan). But how much do we actually know about them? Can we just like that start using one of them? I made list with Pros&Cons facts about diets.

  • PROS

Losing weight
Eating healthy food
More care about body
Usually followed by work out
Regularly eating
Doctor’s instructions
Confidence

  • CONS

Don’t result in long-term weight loss
Most of them are ads
Ruining biological rhythm
Can affect opposite and you will gain weight
Can make you addicted (e.g. cornflakes addiction)
You will avoid important groceries (meat,eggs)
Instead losing fat you may lose water and muscles

Little advice: If you really want to lose your weight go to doctor and let him to make you a diet plan. Don’t use diets from Internet because at least 70% of them are ads and they are lying. Other diets are not ads but they are not made just for you and your organism so it may not affect on you in the way it should.

Ova tema je uvek popularna. Svi mi znamo šta su dijete. (plan za gubitak kilograma). Ali koliko mnogo zapravo znamo o njima? Možemo li tek tako da počnemo da koristimo neku od nih? Napravila sam listu sa Za i Protiv činjenicama o dijetama.

Gubitak kilograma
Unošenje zdravih namirnica u organizam
Više brige o telu
Uglavnom su praćene vežbama
Ne preskakanje obroka
Doktorove instrukcije
Samopouzdanost

  • PROTIV

Dosta vremena treba za rezultate
Mnoge dijete su samo reklame
Uništavanje biološkog ritma
Može da utiče suprotno, dobijaćete kilograme
Može stvoriti zavisnost (npr. kornfleks zavisnost)
Izbegavanje potrebnih namirnica (meso,jaja)
Umesto gubljenja kilograma, moguć gubitak vode i mišića

Mali savet: Ako stvarno želiš da izgubiš kilograme poseti doktora i dopusti mu da ti on napravi dijetu. Nemoj da koristiš dijete koje svakodnevno vidiš na internetu jer najmanje 70% njih su reklame. Ostatak dijeta možda i nisu reklame ali svakako nisu napravljene samo za tebe i tvoj organizam i možda neće uticati na tebe onako kako bi trebalo.
